PMO Manager – Security Systems Projects

A leading solutions provider in the physical security space is hiring a PMO Manager to lead and scale their project management office (PMO). This role is central to delivering high-value projects in areas such as CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Integrated Detection Systems (IDS) for mission-critical clients across the region.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and governance of mid- to large-scale deployments. What you’ll be doing
- Lead the PMO team and ensure alignment with company goals and project standards
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery—from planning and budgeting to execution and review
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, risk management, and project governance
- Drive agile practices and sprint planning to support technical teams
- Optimize documentation and reporting to maintain transparency and control
- Review financials and proactively manage project risks
- Improve and maintain PMO policies, procedures, and toolkits
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering (EEE), or related field
- PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or similar certification is a strong plus
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in security systems (CCTV, ACS, IDS)
- Experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail, leadership acumen, and the ability to multitask under pressure
