Associate Manager, Technical Support and Sales – Energy Metering & IoT Solutions

A global leader in smart metering is expanding in Southeast Asia—and we’re partnering with them to find the right Sales Engineer/ Technical and Sales Support to anchor their Singapore team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and build new B2B accounts in sectors like district cooling, HVAC, and utilities
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation, product demos, and solution design to closing
- Advise clients on the company’s full range of smart metering hardware, software, and IoT systems
- Collaborate with global teams to tailor proposals and support technical integration
- Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor solutions, and project pipelines in Singapore and SEA
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in technical sales or engineering sales for metering, IoT, or building automation solutions
- Background in energy, cooling systems, water/thermal utilities, or smart building tech
- Familiarity with technologies such as ultrasonic meters, LoRaWAN®, Wireless-M-Bus, or related platforms
- Self-driven, structured, and excited to help build a business from the ground up
Bonus if you have
- Experience working with or selling to district cooling plants, utility agencies, or engineering firms
- Connections in markets like Singapore, Korea, or wider Southeast Asia
Compensation
- Base salary: SGD 4,500–5,500 (flexible for the right candidate)
- Incentives to be discussed based on candidate’s experience and expectations
