About the Role
This is a fully remote role ideal for a digital storyteller who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment. You’ll take the lead in crafting engaging content that resonates across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. From visual storytelling to social strategy, your work will help shape the online voice of regional and global brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create engaging and entertaining visual content using video, photo, and effects
- Write both short- and long-form scripts for video content across social media platforms
- Actively participate in weekly content brainstorming and production planning
- Pitch new content ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring them to life
- Manage and engage with online communities across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
- Monitor content performance, analyze KPIs, and generate monthly engagement reports
- Stay ahead of digital trends and track competitor activity for insights
- Support video production and manage distribution across multiple digital touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, ideally in a digital agency or marketing team
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative ideation skills
- Familiarity with video content strategy across multiple social platforms
- Solid understanding of social media analytics and tools
- Highly collaborative and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative
- Bonus: Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
