About the Role
The Singapore-based team is looking for a Production Engineer to ensure optimal daily production performance and support the development of lean, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing systems. This position involves direct interaction with cross-functional teams across Process, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve issues, reduce variability, and implement process enhancements.

What you’ll be doing
- Monitor and troubleshoot daily production operations to ensure efficiency and output targets
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Engineering and Process teams on root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Develop and update process documentation (work instructions, forms, control plans)
- Support layout optimization, capacity planning, and production scheduling activities
- Participate in Kaizen events, lean initiatives, and quality improvement programs
- Ensure production processes meet safety and regulatory compliance standards
What we’re looking for
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (fresh graduates welcome)
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, process control, and statistical analysis
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and process improvement mindset
- Effective communicator with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is a plus
