About the Role
Sabio Advisory is hiring an SEO Specialist with a deep understanding of how technical performance, brand voice, and digital discovery intersect. This isn’t just about ranking keywords — it’s about crafting high-impact search strategies that connect lifestyle-driven travelers with unforgettable brands.
You’ll manage SEO end-to-end for a portfolio of boutique hotels and travel clients, driving visibility and qualified traffic across various markets. You’ll work closely with writers, designers, and media teams to deliver integrated content and performance strategies that grow search presence and conversions.
What You’ll Be Doing
🔍 Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for a portfolio of travel and hospitality brands
🛠 Conduct in-depth SEO audits and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
🧳 Build keyword strategies tailored to various personas — from luxury travelers to wellness seekers
✍️ Collaborate with writers and designers to optimize service pages, blogs, and brand content
🔧 Implement technical fixes directly via CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) and light coding (HTML, CSS, JS)
📊 Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
📈 Provide monthly reporting and insights for clients, keeping them engaged and informed
🤝 Work cross-functionally with Paid Media and Content teams to ensure SEO integrates seamlessly with broader digital efforts
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in B2C industries such as travel, hospitality, or lifestyle
- Strong grasp of content-led SEO, technical optimization, and modern link-building strategies
- Skilled in Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
- Confident translating technical SEO into clear, strategic recommendations
- Familiar with CMS platforms and can directly manage updates when needed
- Interest in luxury travel, boutique hotels, and design-driven brands is a plus
- Comfortable juggling multiple markets and client projects in a remote-first environment
